Refunds may be issued if: the delivered account credentials do not work, the game is not accessible, or there was a billing error on our part.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not issued for: accounts that have been successfully activated, issues caused by the customer changing account passwords, or requests made after 24 hours.
